Delivery Charges

All full price wedding gowns shipped within Australia are delivered FREE. Sale gowns will be subject to shipping charges. All gowns will be couriered or sent via registered Australia Post. Accessories purchased will be delivered via registered Australia post. Standard Australia Post charges apply for accessories at $12.50. We currently ship to the USA, UK and NZ. Delivery charges are from $35. International items will be sent via registered Australia Post. For other international destinations, please contact us via email.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your small accessory items via registered post within 3 working days and wedding gowns within 8 weeks from order date; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer (at which stage you will be advised via at the time of ordering).

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason the gown you have purchase is faulty, contact us within 7 days from the time you receive the goods, we will either fix the fault or will gladly exchange we also have a money-back guarantee for faulty products  . Please email us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been worn, dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and must have all tags attached. All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid for by the purchaser.

Sale gowns and Ex Display gowns can not be returned once purchased. Generally Ex Display gowns have been tried on in our store and may have some slight surface marks on them, such as make up. Every effort is made to ensure Ex Display gowns are sold in the best possible, near-new condition.

Please email Returns with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed, make sure to include a copy of your returns email, your name, contact phone number, email address and order number with any returned goods so we can organise your entitled refund.

We recommend that you return the product via registered post for accessories or courier for wedding gowns and that you pre pay all postage. The purchaser assumes any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

Penny Lane Bridal Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
